You are not required to be connected NUS WI-FI to log into the app. However, some services and resources in the app require you to authenticate your identity by logging onto NUS wifi before they can be accessed. 

uNivUS allows you access to key resources and services in NUS such as LumiNUS, NUSafe and Health Declaration. You may conveniently utilise these features through this one app.

Most of the services and resources on uNivUS are targeted towards students. However, some features that are not student-specific can be used by all the NUS community who have valid NUSNET log-in credentials

Yes, uNivUS is also available for NUS alumni and we are actively enhancing our app to optimise your experience.  Download now and stay connected 🙂

Alumni can log in to uNivUS using the NUS lifelong email account, and if you do not have a lifelong email account, please click here to create one. If your Lifelong Email account password has expired, please click here to change or reset your password and try to log in again. For further assistance, please email alumnihelpdesk@nus.edu.sg.

Yes, if you can’t access the Google Play or Apple App store with your smartphone  (e.g. using selected Huawei models), you can download Amazon app first and log in to search uNivUS on Amazon to complete your download. You may doublecheck that on Amazon, the developer is “NUS” before downloading.
